I can get a crabby, surly 65 year old man to take his cholesterol meds. Why the hell can’t I get a 4 year old to eat brussels sprouts? They look like teeny, tiny baby cabbages for crying out loud! They are cute!

    • Tossed in olive oil, kosher salt, and fresh ground black pepper and then oven roasted until a bit crispy they take on a lovely nutty quality. Maybe chocolate would complement that well. Hmmmm.
